We are a group of professionals standing together with international organizations, governments, civil society and businesses in order to promote social responsibility through sustainable development solutions. Having worked in various United Nations organizations, leading development agencies, for profit and non-profit ventures, we consider ourselves in a unique position to apply our expertise and knowledge to support key actors in their efforts to change the world for good. Svetlana holds advanced University degree with honor in economics from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics and degree with honor in journalism. She is an international development expert. She has proven experience with logical framework approaches, Results Based Management, Project Cycle Management, Human Rights Based Approach, Gender Sensitive programming and other strategic planning approaches, M&E methods and Impact analysis as she has more than 5 years of conducting independent Monitoring and Evaluations in Russia and CIS. As a director of the consultancy agency "The Development Solutions" Svetlana has consulted more than hundred clients in Russia and CIS on Project Development and Project Management Cycle by drafting more than 700 hundred project proposals. Svetlana is also independent M&E expert leading on M&E assignments at global, regional and national level. Svetlana has the following relevant experience in Caucasus and Central Asia for the past three years:

· Conducted Final Monitoring and Evaluation of the ILO Project From the Crisis towards Decent and Safe Jobs in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Phase II (DW II project)" (2019)

· Conducted Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project "Community Policing Sustainment in the Republic of Tajikistan", implemented in Tajikistan by Saferworld (UK) and funded by INL (USA) (2018)

· Conducted Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project "Ensuring effective socio-economic alternatives for groups prone to conflict and extremism" implemented in the North Caucasus, Russia and funded by the Conflict Stability and Security Fund (CSSF), British Embassy in Russia (2018)

· Conducted Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project "Offering ways of reconciliation and Perspectives of life – stabilizing the North Caucasus Region, implemented in Germany and Russia and funded by "Brot für die Welt" (Germany) (2018).

· Conducted Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project "Access to information about the situation in the North Caucasus" and development of the Project Strategy for the next project phase, Caritas France (2017)

Our team
She started her career as Project Assistant for "International Markets Development" in LUKOIL company. Having gained solid experience in business sector she joined IOM Moscow where she served as Project Coordinator of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Programs. Completed post-graduate studies Dr. Godovanyuk started academic career as Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Europe of Russian Academy of Sciences where she conducts policy research on global trends in international relations and global socio-economic area and development. Dr. Godovanyuk writes on humanitarian polices, international cooperation on post-conflict development and international migration flows. She taught Political Science, World Politics and International Relations at the Department of Politics and Political Theory of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (2017-2018). She cooperates with Development Solutions for more than 5 years and successfully completed a wide range of assignments in project development and monitoring and evaluation, among those:

· Mid-Term Evaluation of Project "Applying the G20 Training Strategy: A Partnership of the ILO and the Russian Federation" (Phase 2) (2018-2019) conducting mission to Jordan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

· Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project "Community Policing Sustainment in the Republic of Tajikistan" Conducted end of Project Evaluation using Outcome Harvesting Methodology and OECD criteria for Evaluation. The project was implemented in Tajikistan by Saferworld (UK) and funded by INL (USA).

· Preventing Radicalization of girls and young women in the North Caucasus through psychological support and work with local communities" funded by Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (UK)

· Designed and delivered the training "The Best Practices of Reintegration" for NGO Partner (2013) in North Caucasus, Russian Federation

Having worked for the International Organization for Migration (IOM) for more than ten years Sergey has proven experience in design and management of large scale projects in migration and security sector involving international and national stakeholders. For the past two years Sergey has been working as an international consultant on migration and border management providing technical assistance to various governments. For all the above he worked with various UN agencies, OSCE and government structures in Russia and neighboring states as a trainer, moderator and curricula developer. Bringing into Development Solutions his broad programmatic experience Sergey is heading the Monitoring and Evaluation department and works as a trainer on Project Development. Sergey is a lecturer at the State University of Management (GUU).
